Our Coaches

The people at the heart of the camp. Meet the roles behind every session and the coaching approach we’re building the camp around.

The coaching approach.

More than drills

Good coaching is about more than setting up exercises. It’s about knowing when to push, when to encourage and when to let a young player find the answer themselves.

Our coaches are being brought together around one simple idea: every player leaves each session a little better, and a little more confident, than they arrived.

The coaching approach shown is illustrative. Final staffing and programme details are to be confirmed by the camp.

Roles in the team

The roles behind a camp week. Coach names, backgrounds and qualifications must be confirmed by the camp.
Role 01

Head coach

Leads the coaching team and the overall on-pitch programme. The coach's name, background and qualifications are to be confirmed by the camp.

Role 02

Skills coach

Focuses on technical development — ball mastery, passing, dribbling and finishing. Details to be confirmed by the camp.

Role 03

Goalkeeper coach

Dedicated goalkeeper coaching within the group. Whether a specialist goalkeeper coach attends is to be confirmed by the camp.

Coach profiles will be published here — with names, photos and experience — once confirmed by the camp.

How our coaches work

Beyond qualifications and session plans, we believe the environment a coach creates decides what a young player takes from the week.

/ Player first

Every session is planned around the young player — their confidence, enjoyment and development.

/ Positive coaching

Encouragement, clear demonstration and honest feedback rather than pressure.

/ Small groups

Coaches work closely with players in groups so everyone is seen and supported.
